Meetups are one time in person get togethers of the AID community.
Any member can organize a meetup.
Meetups should be considered projects.
Community team should be able to determine who lives near the meetup so the organizer can reach out to them. Data Team should figure out where the community is.
Someone at the meetup should write a debrief for members who could not attend. Community Team can create a template for this.
Organizer is responsible for securing a venue. Local members and CT can help with this.
