- Phase 1: Content and discussions. Build a platform for important discussions, grow our online reach by spreading important ideas and bringing thought leaders. Consistent content generation and fostering 1-1 connections is key to growth.
- Phase 2: Founder resources. Develop an organizational structure to create resources that help founders, like fundraising lists, guides to make use of government incentives or get something built, advisors, and warm intros
- Phase 3: Create a forum where founders can share their problems and a group of experts can crowdsource solutions. We can develop this into something with accountability groups, growth cohorts, and mastermind sessions where small groups of founders problem solve with each other.
- Engaging manufacturing associations / job shop subject matter experts
- Phase 4: Coordinate meetups across the country by creating HardTechX meetup groups, Hard Tech Miami being the first. When a founder visits another city, they should be welcomed by members of the local ecosystem. We should all try to help each other out.
- Phase 5: Once we’ve established a national presence and local chapters, we engage university student groups to develop a stronger talent pipeline to industrial startups
- Phase 6: Later, we engage government officials and think tanks to help craft policies that help the industrial startup community — Lincoln Network
