- Review updated roadmap
- Sounds good, we just need to make sure people will find the matchings valuable (don’t want low attendance for problem solving/accountability meetings)
- Review video tour of wiki
- Looks good, we should post on YouTube and also upload the discussions there

- Did a memetic retweet. 12 likes and 1 RT at time of writing
- Responded to a bunch of backlogged twitter dm requests. Asked most for topic suggestions.
- DM’ed Nikhil R. Gupta. He mentioned he is trying to raise his first round and is learning the process. A potential topic could be “Raising your first round as a hard tech startup”. We could bring in him, Jai (who he is working with), and other founders who have raised at least 1 round to hear the best practices they’ve found for hard tech specific startups. Potential questions:
- How does the recent multiple retraction effect hard tech startups?
- What metrics matter?
- How much should you raise and how much of the company should you give up?
- @Pablo Felgueres, I mentioned to Nikhil that you were interested in materials. He asked to meet you.
- Flag:
- Twitter Spaces recordings are only hosted for 30 days. If we want them to be available, we’ll need to upload them elsewhere
- Gov’t as a customer talk does not have summarized notes. Will we continue to provide those?

- Reached out to some manufacturing folks I met at the digital factory conference to see if they wanted to join us; scheduling calls with them once I hear back

- same agenda for every discussion of this format

- 15 minutes for the prep call (mutual preparation — understanding what they want to talk about + them understanding what our process is)
- 15 minutes prep immediately prior to the discussion
- Newsletter + scheduling + planning 3 founder discussions + twitter
